#JGBB36 will be a small, intimate gathering to Celebrate the life and times of Jerry Garcia.

 

This event will be limited to 1000 persons max capacity & we will stop presale at half capacity. All ticket holders will have the option to car camp in outer fields or non-car camp in main field. Camping is included free with the concert. No entry or re-enty after 11pm

Please prepare for a rugged WV mountain camping experience and bring everything you need with you, then take it with you when you leave. Leave No Trace.

Day of show prices:
1. General admission (GA) Fri-Sun Weekend Pass $100 at the gate:
Arrival Friday July 31-Sunday - Aug 2nd

(10am -11 pm gate) no re- entry after 11pm) Includes camping.

2. Thursday Early Byrd Arrival Pass $20 additional at the gate:
Arrival Thursday July 30th MUST HAVE WEEKEND PASS
Includes camping. (10 am-11pm gate no re entry after 11pm)
Early Check in July 29 also available $20 per day.

Upgrades:
Oversize Vehicle: trailers, RV, Camper’s etc. $25 (limited space, no hook ups, no electric. Quiet generators only please.

No refunds or exchanges. Rain or Shine.

Under 18 must have a parent/guardian at all times. Family Quiet Camp area available upon request. Ages 12 and under FREE

Upon arrival we will ask you to sign a waiver for all incidents and release Trips Farm and all of it's associates from any type of liability.

Dogs - If you are a traveler or can not find another solution you can bring a dog if you must. We want to keep the dog population as low as possible. It is generally discouraged but if you can not find a dog sitter you can bring your dog (must leash at all times/clean up after/ no dogs on dance floor or in the barn please)

 

By attending this event you agree to all ticketing language. In the event of undesirable conduct your ticket is revocable any time as seen fit by management. BYOB 21+
(can beer strongly preferred, no glass in concert areas please, manage and remove all trash) NO ALCOHOL SALES PERMITTED

Please Note: At Trip's Farm we offer a rugged mountain camping experience. You'll want to bring everything you need for the weekend, keep in mind that by attending this event you agree to take ALL your trash with you.

Pack accordingly. WV is Wild and Wonderful!

Please plan to keep your vehicle parked the duration of the event if possible. Re-entry will be restricted during busy hours & late nights. The gate closes daily at 11pm and we do not allow re-entry until 8 am! Please Plan accordingly!
Please bring an EZ UP or Sun Shelter.

​

This year’s camping will feature a mixture of tent camping and car camping on the lower & flatter grounds of the property. If you do not need to car camp you can tent camp in the main lower fields and or areas just past and around shakedown.

​

The upper portions, The Hill, Huggers Hallow. Some Car Camping options closer to the lower cabins will be available and family quiet camp is available upon request.

​

Entertainment:
This rain or shine event will feature a mixture of indoor and outdoor music alternating between the barn stage and outdoor tent / fire side (Late nights in the barn)

​

In the event of in-climate weather all music will move indoor as needed.

Food:
Our kitchen is closed for the season but we will have a variety of WV food trucks. Note: Food Vendors choose their own hours and may or may not be open during the duration of the event. In addition to supporting our vendors it’s a good idea to pack some snacks for late nights and early mornings! Ice:
Ice will be available on Friday and Sat while in demand or while supplies last.

Facilities:
The restroom accommodations for this event will include a combination of our existing johns, several new rental + handicap units + We will provide two wash stations but it's always a good idea to bring lots of water.

​

EVENT RULES:
NO illegal or immoral behavior will be tolerated. NO Fighting,

NO Bad Attitudes, NO Weapons, NO BS.
In general, If you cause problems you will be ejected from the park

& asked not to return.

​

OBSERVE all local laws & respect the neighbors. Absolutely no trespassing on neighboring lands.STAY on the driveway and do not exit your vehicle until you reach security check at the event admission booth.

​

RESPECT your fellow campers & be kind to one another. Never let your good time infringe on someone else's good time.

​

CLEAN SCENE No Illicit substances will be tolerated. No underage drinking. You WILL be ejected from the park on either account.

​

DOGS - Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome. Dogs must remain leashed or tethered at all times. No exceptions.

​

SERVICE ANIMALS - Legitimate service animals trained to perform a specific task are not required to purchase a pet pass.

​

NO RADIOS PLEASE - Organic Music Only (live acoustic instruments encouraged at campsites & fire during none performance times)

FIRE SPINNING: No random spins on the property. You must obtain permission from the host, use the designated area & have safety watchers. Professionals only. This is NOT an open Spin Jam.

​

NO FIREWORKS.

NO Unauthorized Vending of any kind.

​

Try not to fall asleep with your shoes on.
Take only pictures (& your trash), Leave only footprints.
